Refund Policy

Effective September 4, 2026

Threadmap sells digital API minute packs delivered to your account immediately after successful payment. Each pack currently provides 300 non-expiring minutes for a one-time payment of $9 USD.

Unused purchases

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if no API minutes have been consumed from the account after that purchase. To request a refund, use our Customer Support form, provide the address associated with your Threadmap account, and include the Stripe receipt or payment date.

Used credits

Once API minutes have been used after a purchase, that purchase is generally non-refundable because the digital service has already been supplied. We may nevertheless provide a full or partial refund where required by law or where a verified Threadmap failure materially prevented use of the purchased service.

Duplicate and unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged twice by mistake or did not authorize a payment, contact us promptly. We will review the payment and account records. Do not include complete card details in your email.

Failed API requests

Threadmap does not charge minute credits for requests recorded as failed. If you believe minutes were deducted incorrectly, contact support with the request ID so we can investigate and restore credits where appropriate.

Effect of a refund on credits

A full refund removes all 300 minutes associated with the refunded pack. A partial refund removes a proportional number of minutes. If some of those credits have already been used, the available balance can fall to zero and API access will remain unavailable until additional credits are purchased or the issue is otherwise resolved.

Processing time

We aim to review eligible requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are submitted to Stripe and normally appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days, although timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

No subscription cancellation

Threadmap minute packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there is no recurring plan to cancel. Credits do not expire.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not limit refund, withdrawal, warranty, or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
